PCMI Office Staff

Executive Director: Bradley S. LeVan, MHS

Mr. LeVan has been the Executive Director of PCMI since 1993. In addition to his administrative responsibilities he also provides training and consultation in specialized areas. Working in the field of human services since 1970 he holds a Master of Human Service degree from Lincoln University. His undergraduate work, at Empire State College, SUNY, was in Human Development and Educational Studies with a concentration in Staff Development.  Mr. LeVan has also been an adjunct faculty member at Lincoln University, St. Joseph's University, Montgomery County Community College, and Community College of Philadelphia.

Project Manager/Administrative Assistant: Candace E. Jones

Ms. Candace Jones is the Project Manager/Administrative Assistant at PCMI. She provides coordination and management of special projects, administrative support, graphic design and website maintenance. She also oversees training and conference logistics, preparation and follow-up. Ms. Jones began her tenure at PCMI in the fall of 1997. Prior to PCMI, she worked in both public and private organizations in various administrative roles in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
