Our Mission Statement:

Enhancing the quality of services to consumers by providing professional and organizational development in the helping professions.

About PCMI

Incorporated in 1988, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, PCMI began as an organization that provided training and consultation to those working in the field of community based services for the frail elderly. Over the years our work was so highly valued that we quickly expanded to serve others in the broader helping and human service field.

Today, we work with a variety of agencies and organizations, all striving to maintain and/or improve the quality of life for their consumers.

Since our inception, PCMI has provided over 25,000 units of training (1 day of training & 1 person = 1 training unit) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Ohio.

Additionally, because of our unique body of knowledge and expertise, PCMI started and continues to maintain a certification program for care managers working with the elderly in community based settings - Care Management Accreditation Program (CMAP)
